(5) - When you reserve future models with us, we pass any available savings on to you in the form of a RAILMILES early buy discount. These selected items are always listed on our 'Coming Soon' pages of our web site and promoted in our eDispatcher newsletters, don't miss out - they are Limited Time and do expire!

Please note: Once notified that the reserved item has arrived in our warehouse, you have 10 business days to fully pay for your item(s) or the special pricing reverts back to regular pricing. As well, your item may be returned to the sales floor at any time for non-payment, forfeiting any deposit.

(6) - RAILMILES Price Match.

If you find an identical item for reservation or instock at a Lower Price at another bricks-and-mortar hobby store in Canada, we will price match this item. We Do Not price Match Walmart or Amazon. Price Match must be done at time of reservation or instore purchase only. Not available on previous sales. This offer does not apply to other stores' promotions, red tagged sales or clearouts and also excludes online mail order companies. Any in-stock Price Match item(s) cannot be put on layaway.
All Price Match invoices must be paid by Cash/Debit instore or by eTransfer for web orders. Credit Cards are not accepted for Price Match payments.

**If you have a multiple piece purchase to be Price Matched, these orders MUST be sent via our ordering system prior to arrival to be price verified and picked. We will then notify you when your order is ready for pick up/delivery.

In-Store Benefits Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to Gift Certificate purchases, magazines, sale, special/red coded, clearance/yellow coded, repairs/custom paint/DCC Installations or consignment (L) coded items.

Membership Fees: None! It's Free - Just a one time qualifying minimum purchase of $100 to get started.

Expiry: No expiry if it's used at least once a year. Dormant accounts will be deleted after 24 months of non activity.

Please Note, some manufacturers have reduced the discounts given to retailers for their products. In order for Credit Valley Railway to continue to give the high level of customer service to which you have been come accustomed, we have discontinued our Railmiles discounts on product lines whose dealer discounts have been reduced. These products will now be listed in our on-line catalog with a '*s' or *sp' designation and in store with a 'red' sticker price ticket.
